Hi, I’m Bernadette Blanchard — a UX Director, strategist, and occasional design detective.

For the last decade, I’ve helped enterprise B2B companies untangle their websites, refine their customer journeys, and turn digital sprawl into experiences that actually convert. My sweet spot? Translating complex offerings into clear, intuitive, and persuasive digital ecosystems that make both users and stakeholders happy.

I’ve partnered with brands across tech, healthcare, and finance, leading projects that span from site architecture and UX strategy to hands-on wireframes and prototypes. Whether it’s a full redesign, a portal refresh, or untangling content chaos, I thrive on simplifying the complicated.

While I am a digital nomad currently based in Dublin, I keep to Pacific Time hours (7am–3pm) so I can collaborate seamlessly with my U.S. clients.
